Katie Smith is a Senior Trade Mark Lawyer at BT and a Senior Chartered Trade Mark Attorney at Konexo, Eversheds Sutherland’s global legal service provider. They have extensive experience in branding and trade mark law, with a strong background in trade mark clearance, prosecution, and contentious matters, having previously worked for Boots UK Ltd, Walgreens Boots Alliance, and Potter Clarkson LLP. Katie holds an MSc in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London and a BSc in Animal Biology from the University of Nottingham, along with several professional qualifications in trade mark law. They are a member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys.
