László Balogh has extensive experience in the IT and service delivery sectors, beginning with a role as a Service Desk Agent at IT Services Hungary Kft. from August 2010 to August 2012. László then worked at BT ROC Hungary as an Installation Coordinator and held the position of Service Delivery Project Coordinator at BT - Global Services from September 2015 to September 2021, focusing on the end-to-end management of service delivery for customer orders and projects. Currently, László serves as an Application Manager at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions HU since July 2021.
