Laura McNamee

Laura McNamee has extensive experience in retention and commercial strategy within the telecommunications and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Retention at BT since January 2022, Laura has previously held senior positions at Water Plus Business as the Head of Commercial Strategy, Shell Energy Retail as the Head of Customer Value, and npower as the Head of Commercial and Marketing Strategy and Planning. Earlier roles include leadership in customer management and loyalty functions at EE and client relationship management at Hinduja Global Solutions. Laura began a professional career in 2005 at Sitel as a Team Manager and Business Analyst. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from Cardiff University.
