Linda Phillips

Linda Phillips is a Senior Contract Manager at BT Group, a position held since 2023. They previously served as the Head of Client Services for South and Central Government, Defence and Police at BT from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, they gained substantial experience in various leadership roles at BT, including Head of Service for Community and Mental Health and Head of EMEA Global Service Center. Linda began their career as a Network Engineer at Global One and has held multiple positions within the IT and telecommunications sectors. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Manchester Metropolitan University in 1999.
