Luca Bruschi

Luca Bruschi is an accomplished leader in the information technology and services sector with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as Director of Global ITMS and Domestic Service Assurance Europe at BT since January 2013, Luca oversees a team of over 700 professionals providing comprehensive customer support across BT's extensive solutions portfolio. Previously, as Head of ITMS Europe, Luca contributed significantly to ICT Hosting Solutions, generating approximately €200 million annually for BT Global Services. Earlier roles at BT Italia SpA included Head of Marketing TOP, where strategies for product offerings were developed, and at I.NET, where Luca managed service portfolios and operations. Luca is also a founder of Aleph S.n.c. and holds an Executive MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano.
