Lucy Crathorne

Lucy Crathorne is currently a Senior Transformation Manager at BT, where they have previously served as a Senior Finance Manager and Finance Manager in Group Transformation. Their career began as a Production Coordinator and Assistant to the Managing Director at William Martin Productions. Lucy also worked as an Associate Consultant at Vivacious World LLP and participated as a Delegate for the International Youth Leadership Network. They hold a CGMA from BPP and a BA (Hons) in Management with Leadership from the University of Exeter, where they received a Dean's Commendation for outstanding academic performance.
