Lucy Otter

Lucy Otter is a seasoned Total Reward Leader with extensive experience in managing compensation and benefits across various organizations, including roles such as Head of Reward at Telewest and Reward Projects Director at BT Group. Lucy’s work includes significant contributions to executive compensation, the redesign of reward infrastructure, and the alignment of policies post-merger to support organizational culture. With a strong academic background, holding a PhD in Sociology and Management from Northumbria University, Lucy is currently the Global Head of Reward Delivery at BAT, where they continue to lead strategic initiatives in reward management.
