Manmeet Gujral has extensive experience in technical support and operations management, having begun a career at Wipro BPO as a Customer Technical Support representative from September 2003 to June 2005. From July 2005 to May 2011, Manmeet served as an Assistant Manager Operations at Honeywell, overseeing technical support for residential products. Since May 2011, Manmeet has been an Operations Manager at Aricent Group, responsible for managing a team of CISCO Voice Technology Engineers and ensuring operational efficiency while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and client satisfaction. Currently, as a Unit Manager for S&IT at BT since December 2016, Manmeet continues to demonstrate expertise in managing technical support operations. Educational qualifications include a Senior Secondary degree in Computer Science from Sahoday Sn. Sec. Convent School and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Delhi University.
