Mark MacLeod

Mark Macleod is an experienced professional with a background in contract management, customer experience, and marketing. Currently serving as a Contract Manager at BT since September 2018, Mark has led contracts across both private and public sectors. Previous roles at BT include Customer Experience Manager and Desk Based Service Manager. Prior to BT, Mark gained valuable experience at McDonald's as an Area Leader and Crew Trainer. Mark also contributed as a Marketing Consultant for Scottish EDGE, a prominent funding organization, and completed various internships, including a significant project for Avarix that resulted in the adoption of a financial dashboard. Additionally, Mark engaged in social volunteer work through Young Enterprise Scotland and has a BA in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde.
