Mark O'Flaherty is an experienced Director of Information Technology with a strong background in delivering products and services across diverse technologies. Mark has held several key roles at BT, including Director of Business & Consumer IT Delivery and Managing Director of BT Digital's Data and AI unit. Mark is currently the CIO of the Emergency Services Network (ESN) at BT Digital, where they are developing the digital aspects of the emergency services platform. Mark earned a BSc (Hons) in Computing from the University of Ulster.
