Matt Emery

Matt Emery has extensive experience in the security and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as the Head of Service Optimisation at BT Security since July 1980, where contributions are made within the Security Service Enablement and Assurance team. Past roles include Business Development Manager for BT within the Government Sector and Account Director at BT GSUK, also focused on Local Government. Since April 2015, Matt has operated as a self-employed consultant, specializing in business improvement through Continuous Improvement and LEAN methodologies. Matt holds a Diploma in Business Studies from The Open University, earned between 2002 and 2005.
