Matt Rogers is the Openreach Employee Relations Director, a role held since 2018. Previously, Matt worked at BT as an Employee Relations Manager for a brief period in 2003, and held the position of HR Manager, overseeing HR and people development for a customer base of around 2,000 individuals. Matt earned a Chartered Fellow (FCIPD) degree in HR from the University of Gloucestershire between 1995 and 1998.
