With 20 years of experience in Technical Presales architecture roles, they have worked with various sectors including the NHS and local government, supporting complex transformations. Currently at BT Group, Matt leads a team in developing scalable solutions and shaping technical strategy while fostering an inclusive and high-performing team culture. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Consultant at BT and as a Solutions & Training Consultant at Virgin Media Business, where they designed strategies and training programs for effective Unified Communications deployment. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Sussex.
