Max McLellan

Max McLellan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Learning Operations at BT since March 2006. In this role, Max oversees the learning operations team, focusing on supplier management, learning management systems, financial requirements, and prioritization for development programs. Prior to this position, Max led the Learning and Development initiatives for BT's London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic delivery programme and managed training for the Spine health programme across the NHS in the UK. Earlier roles include serving as Director of Security Learning Services at Symantec and as an Instructor/Project Manager at Lotus Software/IBM. Max holds an MSc in Industrial Information Technology from the University of Central Lancashire, earned between 1991 and 1994.
