Michael Clear

Michael Clear has over two decades of experience in various roles within the technology and security sectors. Notably, Michael served in the US Navy as a Master-At-Arms from June 1993 to June 2015, where responsibilities included unit leadership and IT coordination. Following military service, Michael worked as Helpdesk Manager at AcmeClick, Inc., providing technical support. At Farmers Insurance, Michael held a role as Subject Matter Expert in Call Recording, offering advanced support and issue management. Currently, Michael works as a B & I Engineer and Genesys Programmer at British Telecom, with previous experience in vendor management at Zurich. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from the University of Central Oklahoma and an Associate's degree in Network and System Administration from Rose State College.
