Michael Holmes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service design and innovation within BT, serving as Principal Service Designer since August 2012. In this role, Michael leads a diverse team to implement service design thinking across BT Technology and oversees the development of internal training programs. Previous roles include Innovation Lead, where initiatives drove new business opportunities and enhanced customer experience, and Tools CIO Technical Lead, focused on strategy development for toolsets. Michael also has experience as a Multimedia Engineer at the University of Sussex, where website designs and presentations were created. Michael holds a BSc in Multimedia & Digital Systems from The University of Sussex, complemented by formal training in applied ICT and music.
