Michelle Allison currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at BT Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Senior Learning, Leadership & Talent Manager for Consumer at EE from December 2021 to September 2022. Between November 2018 and December 2021, Michelle was the Head of Retail Learning & Development at BT, having previously worked at EE in various senior training roles for over five years, including Senior Training Partner Retail and Training Manager Consumer. Michelle holds a CIPD BA(Hons) in Human Resource Management from Northumbria University.
