Michelle Allison

Michelle Allison has extensive experience in learning and development, having held various leadership roles at BT Group from November 2018 to December 2024, including Director of Learning and Development and Senior Learning, Leadership & Talent Manager for the Consumer division. Prior to this, Michelle worked at EE from July 2013 to November 2018 as a Senior Training Partner for Retail and Campaigns, as well as Training Manager for Consumer. Michelle holds a BA(Hons) in Human Resource Management from Northumbria University.
