Michelle Bethell is a CIMA qualified Head of Finance at BT, with extensive experience in business partnering, commercial finance, and financial control. They began their career as an Apprentice Customer Service Engineer at Openreach, progressing through various roles including Finance Analyst and Training and Development Coach. From 2012 to 2016, they held significant positions at BT, such as Finance Manager and Senior Finance Manager, before advancing to their current role as Head of Finance for BT Group Business Services. Michelle is currently pursuing a 1st Class Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Central Lancashire.
