Michelle Bloyce has extensive experience in programme management and transformation within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Programme Delivery at BT Group since July 2019, Michelle leads the Agile transformation for approximately 180 full-time employees and subcontractors. Prior to this role, various positions were held at BT from October 2004 to July 2019, including Programme Manager, Principal Consultant, and Change Office Lead. Additional experience includes service implementation roles at T-Mobile UK and 186K, as well as positions at IBM UK and Cable & Wireless Comms. Michelle holds a BSc Hons in Mathematical Studies and an HNC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of the South Bank.
