Mike Athroll

Mike Athroll, B.Eng (Hons) C.Eng FIET, has extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, currently serving as COO Customer Solutions at BT Business and Public Sector since March 2003. Athroll leads a team of Enterprise Solution Architects, Specialists, and Engineers, driving the transformation into a professional services organization. Previous roles at BT include UK Business Systems Planning Manager, Governance Lead for BT Business CIO, and Head of Business Planning & Transformation, where significant improvements in efficiency and customer satisfaction were achieved. Before BT, Athroll held various director roles at Energis Communications and worked as a Senior Design and Approvals Engineer at the Civil Aviation Authority, starting a career in design and implementation management at GEC Telecommunications Ltd. Athroll holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computers, and Communications from the University of Bradford.
