Miklós Kálló

Miklós Kálló is a seasoned IT Service Management professional with over 20 years of experience in the international technology and telecom sectors. Currently serving as a Team Leader and Methodology Specialist at BT, they manage product and demand for global services and chair the Change Control Board for BT's ITSM system. Previously, Miklós held key leadership roles in capacity and availability management, software development, and performance management across various top companies, including BT ROC Hungary and Magyar Telekom. They also hold multiple advanced degrees, including a Ph.D. in Social Communication from Corvinus University of Budapest.
