Montgomery Kersten

Montgomery Kersten is a strategic advisor and board member for development-stage companies, actively investing in start-ups since 2000. Previously, Montgomery served as Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel for Ardent Computer, driving growth through strategic alliances and legal initiatives. The individual co-founded and led VitalSigns Software, which was successfully acquired, and has held various executive roles in notable companies like Bay Networks and Lucent Technologies. Montgomery holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame, where they were a Phi Beta Kappa member.
