With experience spanning various sectors including telecommunications and FMCG, Natalie has held significant roles such as Assurance Manager at Ernst & Young and Senior Finance Business Partner at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. They possess a strong background in financial management, team leadership, and strategic planning, having driven transformational changes within organizations. Natalie completed their ICAEW qualification at Kaplan and holds a BSc in Geographical Sciences from the University of Bristol.
