Niall Stanley

Niall Stanley is currently a Data & AI Principal at BT Group, specializing in using data science to enhance customer experience insights across converged services for BT, Plusnet, and EE. Previously, Niall held various roles at BT, including Senior Manager of Customer Experience and Data Insights Team Leader. Niall began their career at Openreach as a Resource Planning Manager and a Graduate Network Designer. They hold a Master's degree in Physics, with a focus on Astronomy and Astrophysics, from both the University of Kent and Indiana University Bloomington.
