Oliver Smyth has been with BT for nearly a decade, currently focusing on secure platforms configuration. Throughout their career, Oliver has supported a variety of roles, starting in incident management and moving through operational tasks to managing migrations and secure toolset maintenance. Previously, they worked in media and technical support, gaining experience in video production, team leadership, and customer service. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia and a degree in IT, Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
