Oonagh Ryden

Oonagh Ryden has extensive experience in human resources, primarily with BT Group, where positions held include HR Director of Service, Business and Human Resources Director for Global Cyber Security and Finance since 2017. Prior to current roles, Oonagh served as HR Vice President for Global Banking & Financial Markets and HR Vice President for International Reward from 2007 to 2017, and earlier roles included Head of Reward from 2000 to 2006. Oonagh's career began as a Pay and Employment Policy Adviser at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development from 1994 to 1999, and as a Policy Adviser at the Confederation of British Industry from 1992 to 1994. Additional early experience includes a role as a Retail Marketing Adviser at Esso UK Limited. Oonagh holds education credentials from the London School of Economics, completing studies between 1992 and 1994.
