Paul Hill

Paul Hill is a proactive and resilient Programme Manager with extensive experience in transformation delivery and project management. They have held positions at North Highland as a Senior Programme Manager for Telefonica/Virgin Media O2, and at BT Group, where they oversaw multiple technology projects from 2014 to 2021. Paul’s career includes roles at major companies like Deutsche Telekom and Ericsson, leading teams in the integration and delivery of mobile products across Europe. They are currently engaged as a Senior Delivery Manager at BT Group and a Senior Project Manager at Vodafone, while also pursuing a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. Paul earned an M.Sc. in Telecommunications Technology from Aston University and a B.Sc. in Applied Physics with Electronics from The University of Salford.
