Paul Pledge is an experienced professional in capacity management and network planning, currently serving as a Senior Manager for E2E Service Network Planning in IP & Data at BT since 2010. In this role, Paul oversees Capacity Management for the EMEA region within the Technology Service Operations (TSO) framework. Previously, Paul held the position of Capacity Planning Manager at BT Radianz U.K. from 2005 to 2010, focusing on various aspects of network planning, integration, and forecasting. Prior to that, Paul managed Global Capacity Management at Thomson Reuters from 1998 to 2005 and worked in Network Technical Support at IBM between 1994 and 1996, contributing to global network solutions for multinational organizations. Paul is an alumnus of Longsands Community College and the University of Portsmouth.
