Paul Rutledge is an accomplished technical professional with extensive experience in IT service management. Currently serving as a Technical Service Manager at BT since May 2017, Paul has also held the position of Technical Service Delivery Manager at BT since December 2019. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Systems Analyst at Orange from 2008 to 2010 and as a Technical Service Manager at T-Systems International GmbH from June 2012 to May 2017. Paul holds a BSc (Honours) in Computing and IT, specializing in Information Technology from The Open University.
