Paul Shanley

Paul Shanley is the Lead Collaboration Technical Design Architect at BT, where they focus on pre-sales design and implementation of Cisco Unified Communication and Collaboration solutions. With over 20 years of experience in Cisco Unified Communications, Routing, Switching, and WiFi, they oversee the governance of projects from proposal to delivery. Previously, Shanley served as a Network Engineer at NTL and a Senior Network Engineer at Cara. They began their career as an Electronic Engineer at the Belfast Telegraph. Shanley studied Micro Computer Technology at Belfast College of Technology and earned a degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Ulster University.
