Pete Kelly is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in project management and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Regional Practice Manager - Delivery Excellence at BT since April 2016, Pete has previously held roles as a Project Manager at BT Enterprise and as the Head of PMO at SpringTide, where responsibilities included overseeing project management functions and resource allocation. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Imperial Tobacco, where vital market analysis and strategic KPI reporting contributed to enhanced sales performance.
