Péter Dékány

Péter Dékány is a Specialist Solution Architect (Service Design) with a diverse background in IT support and service management. They began their career as a Helpdesk Agent and subsequently served as a Customer Care Associate at UPC Magyarország. In their role at IBM as a Service Availability Manager, Péter coordinated communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring optimal service delivery. They also worked at BT, where they managed technical requirements and solution designs, contributing to enhanced service resilience. Currently, Péter is pursuing a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature at the University of Pannonia.
