Peter Tingle

Peter Tingle is currently the Lead Process Architect for BT Business, where they focus on developing business capabilities aligned with process and solution architecture. Previously, they served as a Business Architect at BT Global Limited and as a Service Designer at BT Global Services. Peter has extensive experience in business and process architecture, having developed process architecture for DigiCo and utilized various methodologies and models such as TMF eTOM and Agile practices. They began their career in the tech field as a Systems Manager at J Sainsbury and have held roles at BT Infonet and British Telecom, contributing to data communications and remote access services. Peter holds a BSc in Biological Sciences from Durham University.
