Phil Essandoh has a diverse professional background with experience in customer service, team leadership, and market research. Beginning as a Contact Tracer at Sitel Group in 2021, Phil transitioned to roles at BT Group as a Billing Advisor and later as a Consumer Team Leader, focusing on team management and customer satisfaction in billing processes. During a brief secondment at EE, Phil continued to enhance billing operations and was subsequently confirmed as a substantive Team Leader.
