Philip Orr

Philip Orr possesses extensive experience in telecommunications, particularly within BT Wholesale and Openreach. Currently serving as Head of Managed Delivery at BT since April 2019, Philip leads a delivery function encompassing order management and project management. Prior roles include General Manager of Desk Based Operations for Enterprise Managed Services and General Manager of Network Build Scotland and North UK at BT Wholesale, where Philip managed significant network access teams and responded to operational emergencies. Philip also held various leadership positions at Openreach, focusing on service resolution and network investment transformation. An alumnus of the University of Strathclyde, Philip earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
