Pippa Lomas

Pippa Lomas is an experienced professional with a strong background in design operations and process optimization, currently serving as Culture Lead at BT Group since August 2022. Prior to this role, Pippa held positions including Design Operations Manager for both Culture and Research at BT Group and Design Operations Manager at Dext, where responsibilities included orchestrating and optimizing workflows for Product Design and Research teams.
