Rahul Shaw

Rahul Shaw is an experienced Contract Manager currently serving as a Client Services Manager for the TLSBS Vertical at BT Group since April 2014. In this role, Rahul is responsible for ensuring the quality of service deliverables related to lead to cash operations and promoting operational excellence across contracts, including KPI and SLA management. Previously, as a Contract Manager, Rahul contributed to financial performance and service delivery, managing various functions such as billing and change controls while achieving significant savings and negotiating large deals. Prior to BT Group, Rahul worked as a Fund Administrator at HSBC, where responsibilities included onboarding clients and managing valuations for a substantial number of funds. Rahul holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the International School of Business & Media, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
