Rahul Shaw is an experienced Contract Manager currently serving as a Client Services Manager for the TLSBS Vertical at BT Group since April 2014. In this role, Rahul is responsible for ensuring the quality of service deliverables related to lead to cash operations and promoting operational excellence across contracts, including KPI and SLA management.
