Raj Khera

Raj Khera is a seasoned professional in human resources and fundraising research with extensive experience in transformation and organizational change. Currently serving as a People Transformation Specialist at BT Group since November 2025, Raj previously held various senior roles at Cancer Research UK, including Senior HR Change Manager, where responsibilities included leading operational planning and change initiatives, as well as advancing the organization's Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion agenda as Co-Chair of the Race, Equality & Equity Network. With a strong background in agile project management and fundraising intelligence, Raj has successfully managed complex technology initiatives and developed high-performing teams. Earlier career highlights include founding the Fundraising Researcher's Group, establishing the fundraising research function at Alzheimer's Society, and contributing to key policy insights as a Policy Advisor. Raj holds a Master's Degree in Mass Communications from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor's Degree in Politics from the University of Warwick.
