Ravi Thakkar

Ravi Thakkar is an experienced product leader with a strong focus on digital products and customer retention strategies. Currently at BT Group since March 2023, Ravi is responsible for building and optimizing digital products that serve one-fifth of the UK's population, significantly contributing to revenues exceeding £350 million. Prior experience includes roles at Ola, where Ravi worked on personal loans, payments integrations, and risk management, as well as leading digital lending initiatives at SMEcorner. Ravi has also held product management positions at Unimoni, YES BANK, and Kotak Life, focusing on mobile banking, payments, and digital transformation. Ravi holds an MBA from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Nirma University.
