Richard Buckingham

Richard Buckingham is a retired senior Telecommunications manager with extensive experience in the industry. Previously, they served as General Manager at BT, where they worked in the Early Assist Team to enhance the startup of new contracts and led significant bids for the UK Public Sector. Their prior roles included leading Major Bids Effectiveness and delivering material margin improvements through contract optimization at BT Global Services. With a background in project management spanning 20 years, Richard has overseen multi-million contract deliveries with full P&L responsibility. They earned a BA in Geography from the University of Southampton.
