Richard Wallace

Richard Wallace has over two decades of experience in the IT sector, currently serving as the Head of Technical Design and Implementation at BT since April 2013, overseeing pre-sales engagements and solutions across Ireland. Prior to this role, Richard was the Head of Delivery at Sopra Group, where responsibilities included service delivery in the Irish Market and collaboration with sales teams. Richard established Encore IT Solutions as Managing Director, focusing on consulting services and interim IT management across the UK and Ireland. Earlier roles include Practice Manager positions at both BT and BIC Systems, where duties involved managing IT infrastructure and winning business through solution delivery. Richard's educational background includes a BSc Hons in Electronics from the University of Dundee and further studies at Durham University.
