Robert Arzano is an experienced professional with a diverse background in financial services and client relations. Arzano began his career at Nomura in 1985 as an Analyst and later served as a Sr Voice Analyst at Nomura Securities from 1985 to 1990. Following this, Arzano worked at Pershing as a Manager from 1989 to 1993 and held the position of Vice President at Credit Suisse from 1993 to 2006, during which time Arzano also served as VP of Trading Floor Voice Communications at Credit Suisse First Boston from 1994 to 2006. From 2006 to 2023, Arzano worked as a Sales Manager at Twin Shores Management L.L.C. and currently serves as the Head of Service Client Relations and North America Service Manager at BT Global Services since October 2011.
