Roisin Curran has extensive experience at BT since April 2007, currently serving as Consumer CIO focused on Business Capabilities Transformation and previously as Retail CIO overseeing Service Operations for BT Sport. Key responsibilities include the operational support introduction for BT's flagship TV Sports products, delivering operational service excellence for strategic TV portfolios projected to generate significant revenues. Roisin also led the Problem Management unit through a business transformation utilizing six sigma lean methodology and has managed software design improvement programs. Educational background includes a BSc in Computer Science from Queen's University Belfast and secondary education at Assumption Grammar School and St Mary's Secondary School.
