Ruth Morton

Ruth Morton is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Senior Inclusion and Diversity Manager at Openreach, where they also lead pan BT Social Mobility efforts. With extensive experience in business transformation and behavior change strategy, Ruth has held key roles including Senior CI Coach at BT and Manager, Lean Services Lead at Celerant Consulting. They have previously worked as a Six Sigma Black Belt at Tube Lines and as the Head of Risk Control Unit at Barclays Bank. Ruth holds an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BA Hons in Sociology & Psychology from UCN.
