Sally Simpson

Sally Simpson is an experienced professional in talent and leadership management, currently serving as a Senior Talent & Leadership Manager and Group Career and Skills Lead at BT. Previously, Sally held roles such as Talent and Management Development Partner at Dixons Carphone and Academy Manager at Tate & Lyle. Additionally, Sally took a sabbatical to study neurodiversity, with a focus on dyslexia, at the Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity. Earlier in the career, Sally was the Head of Leadership Development at BAA. Sally holds an MSc in Career Management & Counselling from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BSc in International Business & French from Aston University.
