Sam J.

Sam J. is an experienced Senior Transformation Manager at BT Group, leading the Coaching Service in the Tech Delivery Centre of Excellence since November 2022. With a history of roles including Agile Coach and Lead Agile Coach at BAE Systems, Sam J. has a strong background in driving agile transformations and coaching teams for sustainable change. In addition to current volunteer roles with the Association for Project Management and Recruit for Spouses, Sam J. is the Director of Cardinal Direction Ltd, focusing on developing emerging leaders. Sam J. holds an MPhysPhil degree in Physics and Philosophy from the University of Oxford, completed in 2009.
