Sandeep Krishnan

Sandeep Krishnan is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. As Managing Director at Shiptech India from 2001 to 2016, Sandeep was instrumental in shaping the company's human resources strategy. Additional expertise includes serving as Assistant Vice President at Lehman Brothers, focusing on post-merger integration, campus recruitment, and organizational design. Prior roles at IBM and Mphasis involved managing end-to-end recruitment and HR functions within large organizations. Sandeep also held the position of Vice President at the Royal Bank of Scotland, contributing to HR transformation and talent management initiatives. Currently, Sandeep is the Head of HR for South India at BT, responsible for developing leadership capabilities and fostering a meritocratic culture. Sandeep holds an MBA from Amrita School of Business and a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
