Sean Hegel

Sean Hegel has extensive experience in the telecommunications and IT services sectors, currently serving as Client Security Officer at BT since January 2008, overseeing contract and regulatory compliance as well as security governance. Previously held roles include Head of Service Operations, ensuring optimal IT infrastructure for enterprise customers, and Head of Change Management for Major Accounts, managing ITIL processes for multinational companies. Prior to BT, Sean worked as a Project Manager at Broadview Networks, a Network Analyst at AT&T, and in customer care roles at Onsite Access and Rightech. Sean's educational background includes studies at SUNY Rockland, Rockland Community College, and Tottenville.
