Shaun Harrison is currently a Senior Product Manager at BT Group, focusing on the development and management of Ethernet services across Wholesale and Retail channels. Previously, from 2008 to 2020, they worked at BT Wholesale, where they launched the National Ethernet service and managed a growing team. Their role included overseeing in-life management, creating training materials, and driving new business development. Shaun also led the 24-hour repair service team for mobile and fixed operators and participated in deploying the first multiple 4G/5G CRAN trial in Leeds. They studied telecommunications at South London Technical College and earned a BTEC Advanced Award in Effective Management for Communication Products.
