Sheba Chacko is currently the Head of Global Regulation at BT Group, overseeing regulation for the international arm of BT Business. They previously served as Chief Regulatory Counsel for BT in the Americas from 2000 to 2024. Prior to their tenure at BT, they worked as an Associate at Mintz Levin and Cohn and Marks from 1994 to 2000. Sheba holds a BA in French and Math from The University of Texas at Austin, a JD from Duke University School of Law, and an LLM in International Law from Georgetown Law.
